Support Packages
If you are qualified to deliver Oliver's Training and would like some of our Experts with Lived Experience to co-deliver the training with you, we provide support packages for Tier 1 and Tier 2.

What is a support package?
A support package involves us matching you with some of our Experts with Lived Experience and making arrangements in order for you to deliver the training together with them.
The money that you give us allows us to pay the Experts for their time and to provide transport to enable them to get to and from the training. It also pays for our time as we will be there to support our Experts throughout the whole process - from the Meet and Greets through to supporting them throughout the training day.
We will also be able to support you as a new facilitator and help you to feel more comfortable with delivering the training.
Tier 1 Support Package
What is Tier 1?
Tier 1 training consists of a 1 hour webinar presented by a facilitator, a co-trainer with lived experience of a learning disability and a co-trainer with lived experience of autism.

Testimonial
'Chrissie has been absolutely wonderful support to me as a new trainer. From helping me navigate how best to run the session, providing me with helpful notes to make sure the experts with experience were involved to the extent they felt comfortable with as well as matching us to fantastic experts with experience whose insights and experiences really brought to life the need for the training to all present.
Chrissie was very knowledgeable, supportive, organised, prepared and made sure that everything the expert with experience and I needed was provided for. I cannot thank Chrissie enough!'

Still having a crisis of confidence? We can always negotiate a price so that we can deliver some or all of your first session to help you get started!
Testimonial:
'Chrissie and Nicky have supported the Clinical Training Team in the roll out of the Oliver McGowan mandatory training within MPFT. They support the experts by lived experience co-trainers, and do this exceptionally well, ensuring they feel comfortable, valued and listened to.
Alongside this they have been an invaluable support for the staff delivering the training, with their knowledge and understanding of working with people with Learning Disabilities and Autistic people, they are able to answer questions non-judgementally and with contextual direction.
We have been lucky to be able to work with them both, and without the support of Chrissie and Nicky, we would not have been able to deliver the high quality level of training that we currently do'.
